When I tell them it is permanent, hormone free, requires only local anesthesia with possible mild sedation, doesn't require general anesthesia or incisions, takes about ten minutes to perform, is virtually pain free and they can return to work the next day, they become as excited as I am and are delighted to have this option.

And that's not the exception, that's generally the way it is.
